Franja needs an expert to fulfil the following role, Salon Manager. Your passion for creating the ultimate client experience will ensure that your clients look and feel fabulous. As a Franja expert you will have a good understanding of all aspects of hairdressing and of changing fashions and trends. You will be level 3 qualified. (or equivalent0 and ideally have a transferable clientele. You will have gained previous experience within a managerial role, have business acumen and be open minded to learning new skills. Through effective communication you will possess the ability to inspire, encourage, motivate and develop your team. You will also be able to make your client smile. Hours Are: 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 OVER 6 DAYS, BETWEEN 9AM TO 5.30PM
